Payment
Payment for the order is made online using the Way4Pay payment system. Card payment is available. Follow the prompts of the payment system to make a payment. If you have any difficulties with payment, we recommend checking your card’s online payment limit or contacting your bank’s customer service.
Delivery
The goods purchased in the DarkxTower store are dispatched within 5 days from the date of successful payment.
Orders are delivered throughout Ukraine (except for the temporarily occupied territories, Russia, and Belarus) and worldwide.
Within Ukraine
In Ukraine, orders are delivered by Nova Poshta to the default branch (please specify the necessary data for courier delivery or the post office number in the comments section).
After the order is sent, you will receive a notification with the dispatch number via SMS.
Delivery time: 1-3 business days. You can get more information about the cost of services, calculate delivery times, check the address of the post office and track your order on the Nova Poshta website.
International delivery
Delivery of orders abroad is carried out by Ukrposhta to the address specified at the time of ordering, after crossing the border, the carrier of the recipient country is responsible for the parcel.
The amount of duty and rules for importing goods vary from country to country, and the buyer should check this in advance.
After sending the order, you will receive a letter with the invoice number to the email address specified when creating the order, which can be used to track the parcel.
After the parcel arrives in the country of destination, the country’s post office will contact you by phone number left at the time of ordering.
Important! Before confirming the payment, please check the following information: phone number (in international format, for example +380xxxxxxxxxx), address, name and surname, e-mail.

Returns
Returns are possible within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the goods are in good condition and not damaged, and delivery is at the buyer’s expense.
Refunds are made after the store receives the goods.
